Our policy on refunds. 



We do our best to ensure that every item is as described but

there aren't enough hours in the day for us to play all our

stock and we rely mostly on visual gradings. Occasionally,

we get it wrong and if we do then we are keen to put things

right, either by replacing the record or issuing a refund.

If you are unhappy with a record, let us know by e-mail - 


and arrange to return it to us. We will issue a refund when

the record arrives.


We're sorry to have to mention this, but it's due to experience:  please

don't try to rip us off by sending back a different record to the one we sent

out. We make a discreet mark on our records and we will know if you

switch it for another! 


Packages are shipped within a day or two of the order and

can be expected to be delivered to a UK address within 2

days and between 7 and 10 days to an address outside the

UK. Sometimes they can take a little while longer but this

is dependent on how efficient the postal service is in a

particular country and how quickly a parcel clears Customs.


We always retain the postal receipt and

any recorded certificate which can help in tracing a



Missing Packages

This is a very rare occurrence, but if a package hasn't

arrived within a month of posting, we will file a claim with

the Royal Mail and they will carry out a search for it. If

they do not find it, they MAY pay out compensation and

we will pass any payment they make on to you. It is more

difficult for the Royal Mail to reject a claim for

compensation if the package has been sent by recorded

delivery so that is something to bear in mind when deciding

your postal options.
